Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Velvet Lens website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the site.

2. Age Requirement

All clients, models, and individuals participating in any Velvet Lens production must be at least 18 years of age. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in the creation of adult content. We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification to verify age at any time.

3. Services

Velvet Lens provides professional photography, videography, content management, social media growth, website development, and brand strategy services tailored for adult content creators. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual service agreements provided prior to the start of any work.

4. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• The client retains full ownership and usage rights to all final delivered content.
• Velvet Lens retains the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio and promotional purposes only with the client's explicit written consent.
• Raw, unedited files are not included in standard packages unless specified.

6. Model Release & Consent

All participants in Velvet Lens productions are required to sign a model release form before any content is created. This form documents informed consent, intended usage, and distribution rights. We maintain records of all signed releases in compliance with applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, session details, and produced content with strict confidentiality. Your identity, booking details, and content will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velvet Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site
• Use our content, branding, or materials without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington, DC.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
