Compliance Statement

All visual content appearing on this website that depicts sexually explicit conduct was produced in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Age Verification

All models, actors, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All proof of age documentation, including government-issued photo identification, is maintained and available for inspection as required by law.

Record Custodian

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

Records Maintained

For each visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, the following records are maintained:

• The legal name, date of birth, and any aliases of each performer
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification confirming the performer's age
• The date of production of each depiction
• The title or identifying number of each depiction, if applicable
• A signed model release and consent form from each performer

The visual content displayed on this website is used for portfolio and promotional purposes. All images are published with the informed, written consent of the individuals depicted. Some images displayed on this website are sourced from Unsplash under their free license and are used for demonstration purposes only — these images are not produced by Velvet Lens and are not subject to our 2257 record-keeping obligations.

Exemptions

Certain content on this website may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements under the provisions of 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), including content that does not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined by the statute. Content used solely for marketing, branding, or editorial purposes that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct is exempt from these record-keeping requirements.
